The Nicole Johnson Foundation is a 501c3 that provides community based diabetes education. The aim of the foundation to is provide realistic diabetes education and instruction that can be easily applied to people's lives.

The Foundation has organized and supported education programs in Iowa, Mississippi, Texas and Florida.

The foundation also supports youth programs to include the Diabetes Scholars Foundation and Children with Diabetes.
